I tried various things in the past including physiotherapy and traditional chiropractic treatment without much success. I leave Denisa’s feeling a lot looser straightaway. There is no hard creaking of the neck or anything too violent and she always explains the reason for what she’s doing. My neck is generally less tense and I get much fewer debilitating headaches as a result. Highly recommended!!.
